Can you make me a cup of tea now then?

Stealth100023 Oct 2011 12:15 p.m. PST

Been fun watching this grow. I want one in 15mm. Looks so cool.

cfielitz23 Oct 2011 12:32 p.m. PST

Fantastic work! Where did you get the guy with the broom?

Fantastic work! Where did you get the guy with the broom?

It is a conversion.
It is actually a chap holding a rifle with the butt on the ground.
I stuck some clay on the butt and then scored it to make it look a bit like bristles.

Phenomenal!

Big Ian23 Oct 2011 1:24 p.m. PST

How cool is that! Job well done mate. Is one of those men carrying a tire?

morrigan23 Oct 2011 1:34 p.m. PST

That turned out really well!

That's Brilliant. Every now and then you see something that draws you into something you had no previous interest in. Oh no, not another project.

I love the Antenna tower. Might have to build a few of my own for Battletech. I might do a direction AM array. Then I can build 3 or 4 towers and make a little hut in the middle for the transmitter room. Gotta have room for the mechs to walk around. :)

Shedman23 Oct 2011 4:51 p.m. PST

Outstanding

Where do you do your gaming?

clkeagle23 Oct 2011 5:02 p.m. PST

I want one in 15mm.

I second that! The shelters are doable, but what could I find that is as abundant and cheap as PC keyboard scraps to make walls…

Excellent work Michael. Seems a shame to give the order to open fire ;)

What make are the orange trucks and excavator? A very cool outpost, hope it doesn't go the way of LV-426 or some hapless colony of "Mormon Extremists". ;)

Etranger23 Oct 2011 10:43 p.m. PST

Looks good AB!

But I made this to use in a FUBAR participation game I am running at my my local show:

There are 3 sorts of truck variant, I used the flatbed as the truck and used the tanks from the bowser version as the 2 water tanks in the corner.

The fuel tank is from the roof pack here:

That does look nice, doesn't it…..my first thought on 6mm skirmish was to dismiss it as just to damn small to be practical…..but that has me reconsidering a bit and I do have some 6mm GZG stuff lying around I purchased a while ago. grin

Looks good on blackberry – once TalkTalk (who I now really dislike) sort themselves out I'll look on PC!

I will only move in when BT get round to installing Fibre Optic.

Justa thought .. but perhaps you should have a "Settlement Naming" competition ??
