I know that the Martians used special helmets along with their weapons but I can see how this fella keeps missing the target . . .

It was 1980; hardly any TV network showed people actually getting shot. Think about the A-Team… an ex-green beret unit that couldn't hit the broad-side of a barn. LOL

The "Swiss Army knife" version of that Martian weapon includes a handy umbrella…. ;-)
