I'm hoping that, whatever it's really called, can be obtained right here in the US.

IF it is sized right, I plan to use it to shelter 15mm Post Apocalyptic pirates/raiders on their boats. How wide and tall is it?

And any idea if that bit is sold separately in the US too?

Thanks,

Dan

It is about 1/2 inch tall.

Not bad.

So it's really called a Rhino visor then?

Thanks,

Dan

It is the window section of a Rhino vehicle.

Man, I wish that one piece sold separately here in the US.

I know I could use about 10 of them, easily, for building/bunker reinforced windows and topside of boats.

Thanks,

Dan
PS. Or does anyone know if model railroad parts include something like it?

Check ebay for bits sellers.

Or just search for the part name.

Thanks.

The ones on eBay seem to include just one a piece, along with a bunch of other components I don't need. :(

I'll keep checking the websites of some of the other bits sellers, to see when they will have them in stock again.

Hmm. for 15mm it wouldn't be that great of a firing slit if that's what you're thinking.

Would be easier to cut your own from some plasticard.

It's a really simple part to make. Just grab some old "For Sale" or "No Trespassing" signs and cut it from plasticard.
