What the Dune movie / miniseries should have looked like!

Strange, I watched Chronicles of Riddick on the weekend.

They look like a good fit.

Interesting. A bit "steampunk", but quite cool.

Other "Muslims in Space" miniatures ranges would be the Tallarn Desert Raiders from GW and Forgeworld (which would fit in with those guys above) and the Haqqislam faction from Infinity (which are much more "high-tech"-looking). Neither range has as good a selection of dubious facial hair as the picture in CC's post, though. grin

Guys, check out these 28mm "desert trooper" guys:

I really wish he would do something like that in 15mm!

Bad Landers in Heavy Gear, easily those last models. They're 15mm no doubt. But those building could fit into a Heavy Gear game.

Very nice mods to the Blue Moon Sci-Fi structures.

Are those first four structures real? If so, where did you get all the extra bits (cylinders, dishes, etc)?

How do you find this stuff CC? Inspirational artwork!

LOL

I was fortunate to get a bunch of these awesome structures for the nicer areas of my New Mecca:

But, for the more humble buildings in New Mecca, I have tons of cork tiles that I might put to good use by making something like this:

What do you think?
