Hi guys, just added the first batch of Molch Vornid War models to my website -- it's the Vornid plantmen, the Ursid bear warriors and the gigantic rock constructs of the Molch, the Defender-constructs. link Also added to the sci fi page are the Molch themselves -- previously added as Eldritch Horrors, this is the reason I actually had PF make them for me! They were inspired by that Star Trek episode with the creature in the box that was so ugly humans could not look at it. |

Agreed, the emissaries are very simple, yet very creepy and effective. I might even use these in 28mm as little homunculi of some sort. Nice! |

the rock men remind me of "Hercules versus the Moon Men". The rock beings commanded by the Moon Men had a similar look, but were a little on the static side-being rocks and all. The Vornids would make dandy Triffids |

Here's an idea. You know the mushroom men you've got in the horror range…if you produced a biological/plant-like heavy weapon, you could use them as crew for some plant-portable artillery to back up the Vornid infantry. Or you could use them as technicians, engineers, slaves etc operating other devices. Get sculpting (along with the Hammerhead Karks). Cheers R |

I was thinking that the 'gun' part could be painted as part of the plant. Maybe a stinger? |
