I hope so! Perhaps some emails may help? But to answer your question, nope, dont know. |

I'd also like some reinforcements. Perhaps a simple "assault pack" with 6 of the grenadiers would be useful in the meantime as fireteam heavy weapons. Otherwise you wind up with a pile of useless missile launchers and snipers. This range desperately needs SAW gunners, as well as tripod-mounted heavy weapons. |

I'm with Uesugi – The best person to ask would be the guy who actually *runs* the place in question, rather than just the rest of us gamers :) In all honesty, and no kidding, Jez at Old Crow usually is happy to take queries from customers and potential customers – Usually you get an answer within a couple of days if your question is straightforward enough. Drop him a line :) |

Im sure we 4 are not the first to request these additions either. I'd bet Jez has other similar requests and if he gets enough thats its worth his time and $ then hed be willing to make some expansion packs. I agree w/ Lampy about SAWs and crew'd weapons to start with. |
Dan Cyr | 08 Jan 2011 8:51 a.m. PST |
Very nice figures and I agree that I'd like to see at least some expansion. More 'common' trooper types, perhaps a command team and some weapon teams (AT, SAW, flamer, etc.). Dan |

Glad to see I'm not the only one that wants more packs. I'll send Jez a message. Thanks, Dan TMP link |

Yes, send a message to Jez
But who knows !? Let us know what he says ! |

Yes, I think these figures are fantastic! If they flesh out the line I would really be happy (and place an order). When I order from overseas (I'm in the US) I tend to want to get all the necessary figures in one shot. |

I will add to my previous comments that I'm not sure Jez sculpted those minis- only cast them, like the Ainsty items he now produces. He may have to talk to someone else further along the chain of creation here . . . |

I sent of a quick email to Jez letting him know of "our" collective interest in expanding the line and expressing my own personal interest in b/t 100-120 of these if he expands the line slightly to include Command, SAW, and Crew served weapon(s) pieces. Thanks to CC (Dan) for getting the ball rolling. |

I just got a very kind email reply from Jez. He said from the interest displayed in the infantry line he would be willing to look into expanding the line with some SAW's and crew served weapons though he couldnt promise any type of solid time line. Thanks to Jez and to those above getting this project moved forward! |

i too was looking at these a while ago and was a little disappointed there wasnt a LMG. but, if i really wanted to, i could work with what was there and make up a nice recon/scout platoon pretty easily. |

John. Those are absolutely stunning!!! I am psyched now. First chance I get, I'll pain them up and post pics immediately after. Thanks again, Dan |

Uesugi, That is FANTASTIC NEWS!!! Dan |

John, Those look awesome. (looks at pile of hastily-painted miniatures in shame) |

@CC (Dan), thanks again for getting the ball rolling on this. All I did was send him an email expressing my interest as well. @John Treadway, I agree, great work! I congratulate Jez on considering expanding this range as they are a true "Near-Future" force as opposed to some of the more SF 15mm forces around. Any additions to the current lineup will be surely welcomed! |

Guys – in all fairness Kevin Dallimore painted them. Mine are okay picture picture picture But not in the same league so – much as I'd love to take credit for that swine Dallimore's work
it was all him! John T |

LOL John, what specific colors did you use for yours? It would be perfect for my Mars project! Thanks, Dan |

John, your minis are still nothing to shake a stick at ori throw any stones at, even small ones. :-) |
Cacique Caribe | 14 Jan 2011 11:45 a.m. PST |
Agreed! I hope mine turn out half as nice as John's. Dan |

Thanks guys I sprayed them with the Army painter desert yellow colour and worked them up from there adding detail and then using some Army painter Dip – I can never remember which one's which (dark/strong) but I hit them with the dark brown one rather than either the light brown or the black dip. I've gotta give that a try! Thanks, Dan |
Lampyridae | 16 Jan 2011 12:32 a.m. PST |
I'll give the turquoise visors a try too. They look good. |
John Treadaway | 16 Jan 2011 7:54 a.m. PST |
Lampyridae, I use Tamiya laquer (various colours in their transparent range) over a silver (probably GW mithril) shaded base to just colour them up. Some I leave silver, but have used the blue, green, red and yellow to get differnt effects. In 25mm these would include: picture picture picture picture picture and in 15mm: picture picture (though they are just plain silver [or possibly Tamiya Smoke laquer]) I hope that helps. John T |

Thanks John, I'll try those painting tips! |

Another use for them, perhaps, if given the right colors? TMP link Dan |
