Thanks.

Wow, that's an impressive castle, I love how the gatehouse looks. How did you make the roof? It looks better than drinking straws or corrugated carboard.

Bought it already made and painted from the company adolforamos.com.

I've been coveting that castle for several years. It was a bit cheaper when it first came out, but now it's just somewhat out of reach for me, pricewise. Looks great on your table. I have the John Jenkins and Oshiro Terrain buildings. I'd like to add a few more.

We're working on some Chinese buildings.

Sorry, I should have read the article before asking, but my eyes went straight to the pictures! "Wargames Soldados y Estrategia" published a tutorial featuring that same castle, but I only have part of it.

I don't have much but do like my Hoogy Farmhouse.
Took many many many hours to paint and make…

Still more to do on it though, one of those things that is never quite finished.

My wish list for the lottery would be the Oshiro terrain, with the John Jenkins a close second.

Third would be the Japanese ships – cant remember who makes them though :-(

I might have to try scratch building some Japanese buildings… once my scratch building skills improve.

Is it Scheltrum?

I'd like to have lots of buildings too… Not a castle or a countryside village but a few Edo streets and alleys. Oshiro is OK but I found their inn a bit too small and expensive, so I plan to scratchbuild the rest. That castle above had very nice roofs that don't look very difficult to make so next year I'll give them a try.

Right now I only have a couple of scratchbuilt items so I use paper buildings :(

Ah – yes it is Scheltrum :-D thank you :-D

I love the scratch built scenery you made – lovely stuff.

I have a few saved links for pictures of Japanese buildings that I intend to help me with making some buildings… I am about to head out, but I will add the links to this thread when I return.

those are really nice little scratch built items Pentaro.. and I will be printing up some of your paper products.. Haven't had time to put into japanese this year, as I am focusing elsewhere. Made a tea house a couple years back, but the pics are gone from where I put them..
