I thought I'd share – I picked up a Terminator Salvation Hunter Killer for $14 USD and the Halo Interactive Strategy Game for $11 USD (both on clearance) at Toys R Us. The Hunter Killer will make a nice dropship for 15mm to 28mm (ok a little cramped for 28); the Halo figures look like around 28mm, but I'm more interested in the plastic modular terrain bits (the figure do look pretty decent tho).

Do you, or anyone else have a pic of this vehicle, comparing it to 15mm minis, or vehicles?

I'd be interested in seeing how it looks along side them, since I imagin it is a fairly good sized toy.

There's one crashed in the ice on Critical Mass Game's Kyushu Bay board. Look over here:

Here are a few shots I just took with some figures I had at hand. Note the one 15mm figure in the photo is a "Sci Fi Egyptian" and has a very tall helmet.

Hope these help.

I'm afraid the HALO interactive game has probably gone the way of the HALO 'Actionclix' series/figures, etc….(which frustrated the SLISH outta me, cause I paid almost $40 USD for it when it first came out…)

Then I got the 'Halo Risk' edition too…(which is great for even SMALLER gaming 10mm?) for the most part…but they have those 'Halo megablocks' things or whatever that look pretty cool!

I just think as much HALO game stuff (electronic) they've come out with and apparently still are, there'd be more wargaming minis stuff coming out too.

I mean, the 'Actionclix/Heroclix' genre could have easily added Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 and a couple other heavy hitters into the MIX very easily and the flood, 'zombies' in their own right, and aliens and predators and terminators…oh My!!!

Not that those of us 'creative types' couldn't do it one way or another by kitbashing and rule-mashing ourselves…(which IS half the fun sometimes)…but I am getting really tired of 'First in a series/additional MODULES and accessories to follow' and then….NOTHING happens and they don't even TELL us…

You just sorta figured it out when emails aren't returned or the line goes on discount for 1/4th what you would have originally paid/clearance aisle…and NO NEWS for two years…?

BTW…If anybody cares…the new heroclix 'moondragon' figure can be easily modded into a FEMALE Spartan/ODST etc…with a bit of epoxy, etc…

Slishfully,
