My son and I were much taken by this on Warmacre site. This TMP is from 4 years ago

Whats the view nowadays? Worth £30.00 GBP for the basic version, or a one hit wonder?

Well, I'm the US rep so consider the source…

I think the game itself is great. But it is a boardgame with miniatures (if you buy the matching minis).

That said I truly think it has some great features which really capture the essence of the "get in and get out in 60 minutes" time oressure of the game.

My club always liked it. And some of the extras from their free downloadable mag, Killing Time, really helped out. I was never a fan of their minis, but the game and gameboard is really solid.

I might go dust if off this week.

Good game all around.

Good game. Not fond of the accompanying miniature range, so we use other manufacturers

Not so worried about the figures- like axabrax said, can always replave the cardboard ones with other manufactures, just wanted to know how they survived the initial "NEW GAME" – I've seen so many rules go through our club as the greatest thing ever. WW2 alone Rapid Fire gave way to Battlefront, gave way to FoW, and now BKC.

Son and I looked at it and went "WW2 D&D"
