Cool!! The wheeled mini-bots would work perfectly as 28mm scale C.A.T.s for Space Hulk.

Glenn M29 Aug 2009 6:57 a.m. PST

Do we know when these will be released, no point making an order now if I am gonna have to supplement it in a couple weeks.

Top Gun Ace29 Aug 2009 8:30 a.m. PST

Those little wheeled robots are cool.

Looking forward to seeing some of the aerial drones, and the new New Israeli poses as well.

Of course, new releases by Khurasan and Rebel will be well received too.

spasSGII29 Aug 2009 9:48 a.m. PST

Excellent! I'll have some of those.
And just in time for my birthday, assuming Jon gets them up on the site this week.
Those mini robots are just the job for my SG1 team.
Cheers

Arghhhhh…….

Need more cash……

More good previews, thanks Dropship Horizon your blog is great. I was planning on picking up 3 of the MAWP variants now I will have to add the mini drones to the list. The Colonial Marine dropship is going to be spoiled for equipment choices.

I will probably end up converting one to carry a flamethrower…

Thanks Dragon Gunner.

I love the fact that a second set is about to be released!!!

From what I can see in these two Dropship photos, it seems like the two sets go perfectly together:

I'm most definitely going to order them, when they're ready to buy!

This is too cool. Is it me or does it seem that Gzg and Rebel Mini's are on a sympatico release clock. Great releases from b oth!

Nice to see you back Dan.

Thanks,

John

Anybody know what the distribution of poses/number of poses is for the new alien merc units?

ZeroGee230 Aug 2009 10:44 a.m. PST

You will get 2 of the new Big Boss with the two handguns, 4 of the Merc waving gun in the air, and 6 of the Merc advancing. Combined with the original X05 pack, this should give a nice little platoon-sized unit of 24 figures with a Boss to lead each "squad", a heavy weapon for each squad (from the original pack) and a mix of three poses of basic grunt.

IF these sell as well as the original pack, we'll consider more… maybe some heavy and support weapons for them?

Jon,

How soon then?

The production mould is ready now – I hope they'll be up on the store sometime this coming week, depending on my webmaster's workload (he's only getting back from his holiday this weekend, and he'll have all his clients screaming at him to do stuff immediately!).

If you don't want to wait, then we can sell you some now – just ask for them in the "comments" box at the end of the order! Code is SG15-X08, price £5.00 GBP for the 12-figure pack.
