You *know* it's a golden age for minis when I saw the thread title and immediately about two dozen possibilities leapt to mind.

Since these are nominations, I'll give two:

o Steve Jackson Games OGRE Ninja, because I'm just happy to see the game get *some* support from Uncle Stevie: link

o Killer B Games Space Phantoms: picture picture

Ohh, thanks! haha!

Earl of the North01 Feb 2009 6:45 a.m. PST

Huh?

I'm not sure what the problem is Curt. You've got to be in it to win it, and "Best New Sci-fi Miniature of 2008" is it.

Hell, it is one of the best new miniatures of 2008 and it might even win. Although for me it's a toss up between the spider and the mantis….

For science fiction 2008 best miniature:

link

The Infinity line as a whole has top notch interesting sculpts as well as over the top quality paint jobs…for me the originality of he combined army remote drones, not to mention the difficulty for the mold maker, is a great vote for best science fiction mini….hey, it is non-humanoid for all you no rubber suit guys!

Richard Humm01 Feb 2009 2:09 p.m. PST

Do the Copplestone and Artizan Kiss Kiss Bang Bang figures belong in here or the historical poll?
