Excellent work. These are so nice they make you want to buy the figures. Photos like this belong on the manufacturers website. Bill |

Why did you have to do this??? Why oh why!!!!!!!! Just when i was going to switch to 10mm, because they were so small and didn't have much detail to paint, you do this!!!! Now those hundreds of 10mm will languish with my 25mm mountain because i don't have the time (or the skill if truth be told) to paint them to a gaming standard. Can we all accept that this is brilliant work and that a good gaming standard for the rest of us can be basic colours and a dipped shading. Otherwise i will never get a unit on the table. So jealous. LOL. Superb work. Jim |

Very nice. I just took some pictures of mine the other night with the intention of putting them up on my blog. I'll see if I can do that this weekend. I've got my Orcs, Ogres, Uruks, Gondorians (Warmaster Bretonians) and my Ents. Also some pictures of my last siege game that a friend and I put on at our local con. |

I have to tell you that Mark has done more than an outstanding job on these figures. I just made another big order for all the new releases that were out plus a bunch more orcs. For anyone who ever read the LOTR books, these figures are a must have and at 10mm you can actually play some very big battles on minimal table space. I find painting 10mm much easier than 15mm or 28mm. You don't have to do as many layers and you can do washes and get away with it. Last year Mark had a 10% sale in February, so maybe he will do it again. I will try to take some more pictures this weekend to temp you guys some more. If Mark sell a lot of these, he might make more faster than his current pace. I believe he has more on his workbench that could be out this year. I hope. |

Triathlete2000 – Considering I sold you these figures, it would have been nice if you had credited me with the painting rather accepting the praise as your own work! I rarely contribute to forums but having stumbled across this thread, I am less than impressed that you would do this. I suppose its a back handed compliment. Other forum members may be interested in my other work at the link below. I'm certainly not fishing for compliments but I guarantee its all my own work! geocities.com/tajima1minis |

First off I have already stated that I purchased many of the 10mm Copplestone I have pictures of before. TMP link That said if you read my post I didn't take any credit or reply to the responses of praise. I had never claimed these to all be painted by me nor would I. Also if you look at some of the pictures you would see that I actually painted a few of the figures that I had linked to using the layering technique described. Since then I have painted quite a few 10mm figures to a higher standard than the ones I purchased from you. That said I absolutely love the figures I purchased from you and wouldn't part with them. As far as crediting goes, I have purchased many painted figures and painted armies over the years and quite frankly don't keep track of who or where I have purchased them from. To give credit is great if you can remember who to give credit to. I would have to search my gmail records just to track you down, if I they haven't been deleted by now. Now considering how many emails I get on a daily bases that would be a lot of emails to go through, just so I could give you credit. Now since I purchased this army from you more than a 2 years ago and wouldn't have a clue as to who you were even if you were in the same room as me, I think I deserve a break. The original point of the post was to get people more excited about Copplestone 10mm figures and how well they can paint up. |
