hi been lurking here for a while but signed up to ask.

Anyone know of any 25/28mm dog figures available?

majormike6910 Jul 2008 4:03 a.m. PST

Vendel do some lovely mastiff types.

Grenadier used to do an Armoured wardog, Julie Guthrie sculpt so quite small. Maybe Find some on e-bay?
Ral Partha Europes Hellhounds ( classic fantasy 01- range) look like small feral dogs. One of our players befriended one in a Ad&D campaign, called it "scrote". :)

GW might do some for the old Mordheim game.

Reaper just put out some guard dogs that are pretty neat looking.

I think a dog comes in the bretonnian catapult pack, and they did make war dogs for Mordheim, but they're covered in spikes etc.

There's at least one small dog in Eureka's Pax Limpopo line.

One of Copplestone's packs containing a not-Tintin, a not-Nick Charles and a dog which could be either not-Snowy or not-Asta – but only one of them, alas.

There's a dog on one of the plastic Bretonnian sprues.

Does Mega Miniatures make a pack of dogs? They make lots of other animals.

Check out Confrontation. I believe they have a set which is a hound master with dogs. Try Rackham for pics. I know they stopped doing metals but figures are still available from various dealers at a discount.

Oh, and Twilight Creations sells a bag of zombie dogs. Possibly a little small. And a little decayed.

Gripping Beast do some beautiful wolfhounds. I have the Vendel mastiffs and they are great. The Rackham hounds are a bit caricatural.
