Why not try out using blender to readjust the tiles to the same size, without distorting them. It's free software, and BlenderGuru gives great tutorial videos. |

Again, late …. it's a habit :) @Editor: may I ask what dimensions the individual floor tiles have? MM/CM please! :) And if possible, could you tell me how much 1x tile costs? Reason I ask: I was at a DIY store today and picked up some IMO fabulous looking (albeit in VERY light-shades) dungeounesque floor tiles and would like to work some stuff out. |

I've found that "Pistachio" has a good texture/pattern. You really have to look at all the different vinyl floor tiles in the stores, as there is quite a bit of variation (also in prices, but you'll want to them all the same thickness.) Then it's just a matter of scoring lines in with a sharp knife, ink washing the lines (wipe off excess) to make them stand out, then you can break/cut apart at the lines. |
