They look like H&R IT14 Fiat 626 Trucks.

I too have a collection of these trucks, in storage somewhere.
From the late 1970s in my case.
Not so detailed, but a rare subject to buy at the time, so I put up with the mold lines. I recall them being shipped to me in a box packed with saw dust.

I have some of the new GHQ Fiat trucks which I will need to paint one of these days.
