LEGENDARY BATTLES:
Rules Clarifications

This web page exists to answer rules questions for players of Legendary Battles. Answers which are official (that is, direct from the publisher or the designer) are marked like this; other answers are the best guesses of staffers here at THE MINIATURES PAGE.

If you have rules questions, please email them to us and we'll try to get an official answer for you.

Empire Army List Correction

The point cost for Empire Army Crossbowmen is 10 points too high.

On the Army Lists, some weapon types need further explanation (since we're encouraged to use correctly-armed miniatures!):

A: Additional weapons are two weapons. For example, two swords, sword and axe, hammer and axe...This gives more offense at the cost of defense.

A: Hand weapons are things used by peasants. For example, staff, club, rock...They are usually of poor quality.

How do units consisting of more than one movement tray maneuver?

A: Units of two or more trays move as if the trays were all one tray. In other words, they move as if they were glued together. In fact, I have some trays that are 5" by 4" that I use for large units. The only difference between single and multiple trays is that the extra trays are removed when all of their stands have been removed from the battlefield.
