This information comes from the "old" Rules Directory:

Where are the Fatigue rules? What use is the Rest action?

Grant Dalgliesh of Columbia Games writes: "We decided to omit fatigue from BattleLust. It simply didn't work cleanly."

Therefore, ignore all rules references to Fatigue. Ignore the Rest action, as it has no purpose.

The Wild Fire rule (pg. 20) says to choose "the nearest warrior." Nearest to whom?

Official Answer: The nearest to the firer.
