This has been a long time in the making. I bought the round tent at Sheffield Tripples in 2013 and finished the flags off last night.

The tents are from Bauda, the baggage, ox-cart and driver are Donnington New Era, the Landsknecht guard is Freikorps and a Minifigs dog is looking round the end of the tent to see what is going on.

The ox-cart driver was very obviously Medieval, with a hood and coif so I filed those off and gave him a 16th century hairstyle and hat. The original figure was empty handed and intended as a horse holder so I made him a staff out of brass wire.

The Landsknecht also needed some work as his Partisan was miscast with an incomplete shaft (it was very thin so I would have replaced it anyway). The blade was also way too fat so I filed it down and mounted it on a new wire shaft.

There are more photos and details on my blog.

Hi Swampster,

Thanks.

I'm not sure what the problem is with accessing the blog. The link works for me but I'm logged in to blogger so maybe that bypasses any problems.

The blog is Small Italian Wars on blogspot so, all else failing a quick google finds it.
