Yes. I saw them in a pile of books and rules at a UK show Bring & Buy many many moons ago.

I think I had the ACW version. More of a toolkit than a properly cohesive set of rules.

Yes I. Got one in a box with rules in similar binding. One other was a yellow cover ACW Ironclads.
Now in an odds and ends box
