Yes. I saw them in a pile of books and rules at a UK show Bring & Buy many many moons ago.

I think I had the ACW version. More of a toolkit than a properly cohesive set of rules.

I think I have a copy somewhere. Similar to Btuce Quarries rules if I recall correctly.
