In anticipation of my pre order arriving soon, I was thinking of starting to build a 15mm army with some old demonworld figures I have kicking around. I assume basing conventions are the same as the historical version, but I want to reference some lists to identify heavy, medium, and light troops.

For S&S the lists are available for download, but I don't see any online for fantasy. Do they come in the rule Book?

The sample army lists are now available to download. It's an excel spreadsheet and includes the following lists:
Dwarves
Northern Barbarians
Men of the West
Men of the East
Men of the South
High Elves
Wood Elves
Orcs & Goblins
Undead.
