I've posted a battle report from another of my club's Dark Age games on my blog here: link The rules we were play-testing are TooFatLardies' forthcoming Dark Age rules, entitled Dux Britanniarum. The game features a desperate fight for a river ford, as told by the life-ward, Cynewulf of the Grey Shore
"By the light of the guttering fire I can still see his face, flecked with blood and the exhaustion of the battle. I was silent while he spoke to me throughout much of the night. I shall remember his story to tell to my son, as my Father, Cynewulf of the Grey Shore, has told it to me."
I hope you enjoy it! Sidney |

I gotta say I really like your terrain. The amount which good looking terrain can enhance a game is underestimated. |

Looks like end of July for general release of the rules. Be one of the first 1,000 purchasers and get a King Arthur figure, too. |

Please keep us informed on the rules. Everything looks great and this is a period I do not get to see much of. Great work. Greg |
