So here comes the third AAR of the Battle at the ford, this time I and Jonas used the Dux Britanniarum rules from Too Fat Lardies. The two erlier games we used the rules Dux Bellorum and Hail Caesar and all this will end in a small comparison between the rules, no academic work but at leas some comments:) You can fins the Dux Britanniarum AAR here.
Best regards Michael |

The Too Fat Lardies set is the only one that I have not played. I have a hard time deciding between the other two as I like things about both. Lately my group has been playing a lot of DB just because it is a quicker game I think. Thanks for sharing the games Michael. Allen |

Glad to be of service Allen ! Dux Bellorum might be the fastes of them when you learned the rules, otherwise I think HC are a realy quick set of rules, but on the other hand it might be because I can the rules and have played it alot. Best regards Michael |
