This weekend I shall be doing my first ever participation game at Reveille, the Bristol wargames show.

It will be 6mm sci-fi FUBAR.

Here is the tabletop as it will be used.
It has been made just for the show.

The action may or may not centre around this settlement I may or may not have built especially for the show.

Operation Eagle Claw.

Seems applicable as they will need to swoop in and grab the civilian like an eagle grabs its prey.
That and it was a real life rescue mission oppo name.

PS: Thanks Bill.

Good creative use of Fruitshoot lids :) I have a few dozen in store for something similar when Steve Blease kicks off the Iron Cow playtesting.

Operation Eagle Claw – seems entirely appropriate for FUBAR, given the real thing :)

Eager to crush the Shedman?

Thanks to those that came along and played.
Sorry I was not as focused as I hoped on the last game, we did not expect to have our daughter with us as she was meant to be at crazy grandmas but she was ill.

I have decided, to those that played:

Ramming will require the ramming vehicle to make an armour save too.
This will reflect grenades and guns being stuck into the hatches/tracks/squishy bits of the vehicle as it rams the infantry.

May stop some of that crazy dodgem cars too!

Sounds like it went well. Look forward to seeing the full report.
