Just curious to see if anyone is using FUBAR combat, or the FUBAR RPG rules for Pirates, Swashbucklers, or the Three Musketeers type battles and adventures? Seems like a natural to me, and would be nice to have a simple 1 – 2 page system for those types of battles and adventures. Anyone else ever considered this, or have some home-brew rules you'd like to share? I'll be reviewing the Dead Simple and Medieval RPG rules for FUBAR, to see if they might work, with a little tweaking. |

I like Flashing Steel from Ganesha for this type of game

I've read a little about FS just recently. Didn't realize it included pirates, until just last night, so I guess it might be an option as well. |
