Can anybody furnish dates for older WRG Publications? When (Year) were 6th, 7th Edition released, and which one had the transition from 30mm to 40mm frontage for 15mm Figure Elements. And when was DBA 1.0 released? I have 1.1 and 2.0, but can't find the first edition! |

The 6th has 'August 1980' on the cover. The 'Fully Revised 7th Edition' has 'February 1986' on the cover. The 7th has the 40mm base for 15mm. 6th has 7.5mm per figure for 15mm and 15mm width per figure for 25mm figures – so I guess that's a 30mm frontage (for 4 figures). But I gave up playing with 5th
can't help with DBA I'm afraid. |

I had 'em all, going back to 3rd ed. Go ask the guy who won them on eBay from me. |

40mm frontage came in, IIRC, as a rules revision to 6th ed. Figs were getting too big for the bases at 7.5mm frontage per fig. The element also appeared as a very late 6th ed. revision. Swampster |

If 6th edition was released in 1980, when did the first edition come out then? Griefbringer |

That would indicate them releasing a new version every two years. Compared to that, even GW is slow in re-versioning their games. Griefbringer |
