I updated my blog with a battle report on my first game using the Pig Wars rules with some figures I recently finished. I played this scenario solo to help me learn the rules. There are a good number of pictures which you can click to enlarge. I hope you enjoy. First the link to the scenario setup information link Then the link to the actual battle I am calling "The Burning Farm" link Thanks for looking! Dan thecommandtent.blogspot.com |

very nice. Great set of simple rules that captures the period well. Best played with as many players as you can cram around the game table (I've played as 1 of nearly 20 at a con and it was a blast). Dan |

Looks like a fun game. I like your paint job! The terrain looked quite functional. Pig Wars is a great little set of rules. Tod is planning on releasing a 2nd edition at some point. I also love that you used 1/72 scale. It's a favorite of mine. I have been slowly picking up a variety of Dark Age plastics to use with PW. You should (if you already haven't) post this over at the Pig Wars yahoo group. Everyone would love it! ****EDIT I see that you did post it there. Cool!
Thanks and please post anymore updates. John |
