Not sure if this is the best place to post this or not, but Phil Sabin is considering printing extra copies of the rules for his deluxe board game version of Lost Battles for sale separate from the game (ie, specifically for figure gamers who want the best, most user-friendly version of the rules but don't want to shell out for the whole boardgame). This is what he posted on the yahoo group: Please could anyone
who might be interested in buying a copy of the boardgame rules and charts

Just on that subject, does anyone have their copy of the boardgame yet. I preordered and was told July 2011 but no show as of today. Cheers Keith Just checked, proofs received by PS on 4 august so I guess that the product will be along soon. |

Keith, I saw Phil in early june and he was still waiting the last proofs and told me late august for the game. also I would recommend potential customer to get the full game, while not cheap (but 5th Column games components are top notch) the game will include also empire and the rules to use empire as campaign generator for Lost Battles. About the PDF, I think it is highly unlikely. See the thing this way, Lost battle is first a book. Second a game. Already the game will include a copy of the paperback of the book. So I do not think you will have PDF rules. Arrigo |
