Good report Aaron – Pontics did well with perhaps a hand ted behind their backs. Problem is always going to be lack of reasonable melee infantry. Planning to try out Pontics against Marians using Hail Caesar soon. Garry |

I've found that all the Makedonian Successor factions tend to have a hard time (harder than the actual accounts of the battles suggest) because rules tend to abstract the full effect of a pike as a formation weapon. |
