Thinking of creating a Bosporan army based for this rules set (by Simon MacDowell of COMITATUS fame, free via the Legio website) as a long-term project, curious as to who's playing this in the UK?

OK so it's not quite up there with HAIL CAESAR yet then !?!

I asked the same question and didn't get a reply. It does look good though!

They are very good indeed – but then as the author you would expect me to say that. The basing system is compatible with most other element based rules so if you give them a go you are not limiting yourself.
Now that Comitatus is out in hard copy I hope to do the same with Civitates in the not too distant future although that is not likely to be before next year. In the meantime it is still available as a free download at legio-wargames.com
