If you like to see pictures of Ancient and Dark Age armies in action, and people enjoying themselves while gaming, follow the link.

I took lots of pictures, so scroll through the first two pages.
Theres also some links to attendees blogs with more pictures within the topic

We now have 562 free army lists online covering Ancients Medieval and community submissions for Napoleonics, ACW and other horse and musket periods, with more to come, so you get a lot of entertainment value out of one ruleset!
(Certainly more than I intended when I wrote it, so its very pleasing to see folks being creative with War & Conquest and we plan to expand many of the lists still further)
All these can be downloaded from the site.

Thank you to all those who are contributing and joining in the gaming!

Kind regards

I came, I saw, I conquered.

Another great War and Conquest gaming event.

I would highly recommend these rules for fighting your ancient and medieval wargames, they are the most interesting and fun rules I have played in 20 years.

Please can you identify some of the people. I believe the lady is Jen, and Raglan is scratching his head in the last picture in the hoody? If I'm wrong, please feel free to correct me!

Lord Raglan24 Feb 2013 8:30 a.m. PST

Incorrect, I was sporting a rather fetching biscuit coloured pullover on said day.

It looks as if I was camera shy on that day, however if you are keen to see a photo of me then I will send you one from my "private collection – you know what I mean?

If you change your mind, just say the word, I have several albums that may tickle your fancy.

Anyway, play War and Conquest – its the best thing since Chuck Norris.
