I ordered it straight from Slitherine and received it within a week. It shipped from somewhere in the US. |

"I just hope the binding is quality" It not, really crap. My first edition is still good after many drops, the 2nd edition fell apart after a few uses. |

There was an issue with initial runs of V2 binding for some people, certainly mine fell apart (and was replaced) and I know of others. Later print runs rectified this. |
