Talk of Tactica II release have been surfacing periodically since about 2002. Last I read on the Tactica Yahoo group, Arty sent playtest copies to various groups around the world and was awaiting feedback. Other than that, I'm not sure when and if it will be released. |

From the whispers and rumours I've heard the Tactica II might be quite good, smaller numbers of figures but still good sized units and more manouvrable. Not heard anything about release dates though. Given that, it could be a while. |

I'm with you on the warmaster medieval – until then I'll just have to continue spending hours looking over the pendraken and kallistra websites. Slightly off topic, but are there any other (apart from OG) 10mm medieval maufacturers? HYW or thereabouts in terms of era, and western Europe in terms of location. |

I've been in one of those Tactica II playtest games and if it wont be released soon it would be nice to see some of the changes released as optional rules. I prefer games with a more "skirmish feel", but I'm open to new game design ideas. |

My club in Glasgow seems to be one of the playtest groups. Not tried the rules myself, but they seem very popular with those that have. |
