Does anyone have any ideas when HFG will be out and finished? What about the companion sets (Tricorn & Musket, Shako & Bayonet, etc.)?

I thought they'd be out before now, but since HFG started (public) playtesting DBR & DBA have gone into new editions, and DBM is looking to be replaced by DBMM. I've been looking forward to these for a while (especially the companion sets) but I'm curious if anyone has insight on when they're due out.

you can download them off phil barkers home page for free at the moment.Not sure how ''finished'' they are though.

personaly i think it's a period too far for this type of rule system.

The base rule set but not the companion sets are on Phil's site.

There is a playtest and discussion group where someone may be able to answer the question, but perhaps nobody knows.

Already tried Phil's site, but no due dates. I've asked this before on the yahoo group but usually the answer usually is 'after Phil gets done everything else.' I love PB's work (I know not everyone does, its one of those take it or leave it things) but new things keep coming up and gertting in the way of a finished HFG. He's currently got DBBA & DBV rule sets up for playtest, and both look good, or at least interresting, but HFG has been in play test since 2001 at least. I hoped someone here would have some insight as to a due date. Oh well. :-(
