I ran a quick game of the Battle of Bosworth at our club last night using a version of Command and Colors Ancients that we adapted just before Battlelore was released.

You can see pictures and a game report at:

Next games night is Tuesday, April 29!

Nice AAR and inspiring pictures. I really liked the "Blue VS RED" painting scheme. It made the battle easier to follow.

Thanks; I took some good-natured hassle for it ("knights didn't dress in uniforms!" <sound of slapping>) but I find that trying using colour-coded bases for game mechanics means there needs to be some other way to indicate which unit belongs to whom.

I turned out to be a heck of a game after a dodgy start.
