Anybody remember this ruleset? It was in the old Rules Directory, and about all we know is: Title: Wreaking Havoc
Scale: 15mm fantasy
And some description of the rules. No date of publication (must be 1999 or earlier), publisher unknown, designer unknown (although he was said to be working on a new edition of the rules!) I wonder if these were available online, but if so, why didn't we have a link? |

I think Havoc is much more recent, tmk there is no connection. My best guess: someone modified the old medieval board wargame Cry Havoc.
