A fantasy version of the Sword & Spear rules is in development at present. My own area of interest is the Lord of the Rings which we've been experimenting with at the club.

On that forum you can also see details of the other aspects such as magic which are being considered for the main fantasy version.
Although Sword & Spear was designed for the ancient and medieval period (for which they provide a thoroughly entertaining game), they are proving to be adaptable to a fantasy setting too.

I am eagerly awaiting thw Fantasy version after seeing those early LOTR battle reports. Thanks for posting yours as well!
