A fantasy version of the Sword & Spear rules is in development at present. My own area of interest is the Lord of the Rings which we've been experimenting with at the club. Anyone interested can see a battle report here: link On that forum you can also see details of the other aspects such as magic which are being considered for the main fantasy version. Although Sword & Spear was designed for the ancient and medieval period (for which they provide a thoroughly entertaining game), they are proving to be adaptable to a fantasy setting too. |
