Does anyone know where or if I can still buy these rules as a .PDF instead of a paper book ?.

No you can't I'm afraid. They are only available as a printed book.

PS: I'm not recommending this particular set. In fact, I'd be careful because a great deal of the tables were on separate sheets. Which I lost….
