Yes, I know they have been out for a while, and I have previously reviewed these rules in a podcast, but I thought I'd post a written review.

Earthquake, how would you say that these compare to Hail Casear?

In all honesty, I much prefer Hail Caesar.

However, that is based on my personal preferences. For massed battle games, I much prefer element based games rather than games that use individual figures in units (CoE has individual casualty removal) and I generally prefer games in which there is some sort of friction as to whether your troops do what you want them to, rather than being able to move all of your troops all of the time…
