Hey Guys,
I've been giving some thought to organizing
a yearly Tournament in the Atlanta Metro Area.
Trying to get a feel as to rules most likely
to generate interest, in the area. My preference
would be WAB, Armati, or just maybe the new Warmaster
Ancients.
Can you give me some feedback as too your preference
of the three?
Anyone who would be willing to make the drive, there opinion is invited.
Thanks
Mike

I am planning on picking up the new warmaster rulebook and doing up an army or two so that would be my preference. I am in Atlanta in case that helps with your planning.

Why don't you invite Jeff Stuckey from Battlestandard to give at least a Demo of his fine ancient's game and figures. Heck, he is even home grown talent.

Check the posts on the Atlanta convention called AT EASE which is in the oplanning stages.

An effort will be made to see if it is possible in Feb 2006.

I thonk there will be room for several types of systems to be played. I talked to the DBM and DBA players and they expressed some interest.

I know that Jeff Stuckey in the Douglasville area has a set of rules for Ancients. I do not see why WAB and others cannot be played as well.
