The DAIS rules were originally written by Andy Callan and appeared in Miniature Wargaming magazine in 1983. On this page is an adaption of these rules by Steve Switzer to include cavalry which were not in the original version of the rules.

  • A leader base consists of a leader figure and a (removable) standard bearer.
  • Figures should be based in groups of about 10 on a rectangular base of a regular size.
