I'm trying to think what you could build that would be easier than gluing together craft sticks (popsicle sticks). The issue I see with those pallets is all the gaps that would have to be filled.

Maybe upper floors in a ruin? Because then the underlying structure works as architectural detail.

I'm thinking you would use them for structure, and 'skin' them with paper or other materials.
