The trick is packing them so they don't move. I have had numerous orders shipped to me over the years where the minis slid around in the box and were mostly broken.

TP the figures and add bubble wrap or paper to keep the bags from moving is the right way to do it. I bought some painted cavalry from China where the TP wrapped riders were inserted in reused packing foam – didn't lose a lance.
