Interesting. Most of these I had no strong feelings about, and some of the strong feelings I did have were negative. I could work with almost all of them, though, and have. For me, it's not whether or not the rules use Game Mechanic X or not, but whether the rules are clear, relatively simple and result in historical decisions leading to historical outcomes.

Yeah, a lot of this sub-round are definitely on the negatory side of the ledger here.
