Without completely changing the historical set up by both forces or the terrain conditions, I would argue it is impossible for the French to win either Crecy or Agincourt. Poitiers is probably more playable as a game either side could win.

I will grant I'm not an expert, but to me the former two appear to be an invitation to a slaughter for the French— which is what they turned out to be.

Best French option: Refuse battle, and redeploy somewhere else!

Battle of Rouvray, otherwise known as the Battle of the Herrings. In addition to having an interesting back story, it is also a battle that is fun to game, if only for the wild mix of forces.

I have never actually refought any Hundred Year's War battles, but soon …

Certainly for Agincourt. Just starve out the English. They're not about to attack you.

Of course that assumes that the French actually had anyone in charge.
