It's a list of popular rulesets, and any of these will always attract haters whose preferred set is unaccountably overlooked. |

I really don't think any over those rules are "highly rated;" they are simply popular, accessible and appeal to a wide audience. I voted for the ones I personally detest most which I think is what most voters will do. |
