Don't have any but would probably go with a somewhat darker Caucasian skin colour

As a card-carrying Dwarf, I am not entitled to an opinion on this issue.

Don't have any, but if I had I'd probably go with an albino look. Which isn't quite pale Caucasian, and certainly not true white, so I guess Other in terms of the poll.

I did mine in very pale caucasian using original Empire of the Petal Throne true 25mm figures.

I did my first few, with dark gray skin, followed by a dark brown wash, to highlight the details. I did some Dark Elf Driders (upper female torso, attached to the spider's head region, AD&D monster from the early 1980's): Drider1, Drider2.

I am working on an Anubis army: black skin, light blue wash to bring out the details. They are turning into a pilot project for my Dark Elves. I like the results, so far. Truth be told, I like both. I may stick to the dark gray skin color for the Dark Elf army, to keep them from blending in too well with the Anubis army, as they may appear on the tabletop together, but not necessarily on the same side! Cheers!

Black. Just like the original Gary Gygax modules described them (the Drow, modeled on the Trow or Svartalfheim of Nordic legend). Not "Negroid" but black. Dark blue or purple highlights when desired or necessary, and white hair (silver highlights). Yellow or amber eyes.

I think, too, of the Deodands from Jack Vance's "Dying Earth" stories -- they are described in a very similar fashion.

That said, I understand that this has become a touchy subject among some factions of Fantasy gaming.

Some samples from my armies:

… a few Scarlet Brotherhood cultists snuck in at the bottom.

And here's a 77mm Giant Drowess (or demon in Drow form) --
