while more women in hobby isn't a bad idea for some I use my "hobby" to get away from the women in my life. I do not need them to be involved in everything I do and I encourage to spend time away from me |

None of the choices resonate with me. The only thing I would change is a better understanding of the hobby by those who do not engage in the hobby. Of course, this will never happen but whatever. |

I still regard the odd scales as the downside of our freedom. I wouldn't regulate to solve the problem, but if I could wave a magic wand, so that afterward if I saw a 15mm casting and a 28mm casting for sale, I could trust them to blend with other 15mm and 28mm castings, I'd wave that wand. A scale every 5mm or so makes sense. A scale every two of three millimeters--and not always properly marked at that--is just an annoyance. |
