Tea, coffee, or coke (pepsi at a pinch).

The usual assortment of energy drinks are overloaded with sugar, caffeine, artificial sweeteners and other stuff to the point that they do more damage than actually help. I do use a product for hydration and minimal caffeine to help during a long game, or even a long day. I prefer being properly hydrated and a more even level of alertness than the super spikes from the common retail energy drinks

I usually have a coffee with maybe a pasty or a cake. Y'know, real food…

(If you really want something for 'energy' have one of those little boxes of raisins in your pocket and eat a handful every now and then!)

Won't touch the things.
I'll have a Large Sonic* Coke with extra ice**, and nurse it for the bulk of the day.

*US drive-up fast food chain, located primarily in the South, known for their proprietary ice machine and that they still use carhops.

**It really is great ice.

Diet Coke or Coffee (preferably decaf) Never touch "Energy drinks" too much sugar & caffeine in them for me.

I often drink tea at the gaming table, but not necessarily more than I'd done if I were at the office.

I am, OTOH, significantly more likely to drink beer at the gaming table than at the office.

This is why I rent a room--and why I want a venue where I can rent one. That said, if I have trouble making the drive, the tipple of choice is cocoa powder and coffee or a white chocolate mocha.

I'm not opposed to energy drinks, but I typically don't drink them. I'll take a Coke Zero.
