Somebody forgot to include the Citadel miniatures catalogues from the 90s.

Are folks expected to read any of these or is the purpose merely props to announce you're a "wargamer" ?

Do you get extra points if they share wall space with reproduction firearms/swords and mass produced prints of military paintings ?

I own, and have read, 8 of these.

I'm read 10 of 11 myself, but I can't for the life of me understand why a fantasy gamer should own Chandler, or why a historical gamer should have Howard's Conan stories.

(Oh. Came up earlier. There really was a volume titled "Conan" in the old Lancer Conan series, and I'd accept it as a shorthand for the Gollancz "Complete Chronicles of Conan." Given all the editions and titles, probably close enough. And if the question had been "what books should every fantasy wargamer have read?" it would have gotten my vote. But I can't find it anywhere in the celebrated "pre-poll discussion. Did I read past it? Three times?)

I had intended this poll to be for historical gaming books only. But somehow a lot of fantasy books made their way into the poll. I have a bad habit of using the term wargaming when I mean historical gaming.
