Wow, this poll is not biased at all.

Yorkist legitimate king, when it comes to a valid legal claim.
Tudor, when it comes to leading to the Renaissance transformation of Britain (even if not intentionally and not by him, but his son and granddaughter).
Neither, when it comes to personality, morality, or sense of justice and right and wrong.

In a way, it comes down to what actually happened to the princes in the Tower. Their disappearance boosted Richard's claim to the throne, but he had already achieved that just by having them declared to be illegitimate. He had no need to kill them. And does anybody think Henry Tudor would have let them live? They blocked his claim too— even more than they blocked their uncle's claim, declaration of illegitimacy or not.

Glancing at the pre-poll discussion, which I had forgotten about, i blushingly discover that I was quite eloquent!

I like the phrase "legitimate usurper", by the way. I think I got it from deCamp. Or was it "hereditary usurper"?
